“Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness.” - Mark Twain

Okay so I know I haven't been posting in a looooong time and I'm very sorry about that. But there's just so much going on in my life that made it hard to write anything, but whatever I am here now, so let's get startet!

In October 2015 I wanna continue my never ending journy. In October 2016 I wanna start University and stuff so - sadly - I don't have a lot of time travelling.

So the biggest question is not "Where am I gonna go?", more likely it's: "How to travel around the world in one year?". So obviously I do not wanna travel the WHOLE world in that year. I'm thinking about 3 or 4 countries or something.

When you plan such trips there's a few things you need to have in mind. Like: where are you gonna stay? Sleep? What are you gonna do in that country? How are you gonna travel over there? Train? Airplane? Maybe pilgrimage?
What I'm gonna start with, are the countries.
So, actually I wanna visit every continent, which wont be possible in that year because of the lack of money. Having that in mind I should pick countries that are "near by" or atleast not thousands of kilometres apart.

As you cann see, I managed to pick three countries that are kinda in the same area - and then there's Costa Rica. That's something I have to do, because I promised my bestie over there.
Let's say I'd start in October 2016 and return to Germany in May 2017 I had 8 Months to travel, which is - let's be honest - not a lot of time. That'd mean 2 months in each country. I could work with that!

Throwback

Sometimes I notice how much I've already seen in my life.
For example yesterday I remembered that, when I was 14 years old, I crossed the Greenwich meredian. That was in May 2011. That was the same month were I was almost hit by a double-decker in London, England, just because my best friend wanted a shirt from a shop on the other side of the street. Plus the people in England drive like crazy.
In October 2012 I went to the Airport to travel 9.454,75km. I went from Germany, Europe to Costa Rica, Central America. I was 15 years old. By the time I came back - 10 months later, July 2013 - I felt like 20+.

This blog ist mainly about all the experiences I've made in Costa Rica, but from time to time I will digress I guess.

So by the time I was 15 I went to Costa Rica and stayed for 10 months. 10 months is a pretty damn long time. All together it comes back to things you did and things you did'nt, what you enjoyed and what was a complete nightmare - the things I learned and how I changed within my journey are the chief contents in this blog. At least I'll try to focus on those things.

xx
